Thx for sharing ThaiBliss, I am confident you can harvest some sucessfully. BH or NJ always showed nice resistance to elements but you know climate is a lottery. My area is not such mediterranean nor has such a long summer and they always made it well over here when od.

I'm sure you will be fine ThaiBliss... I'm from the same latitude and I never had problems with the BH. They were succesfully harvest even in rainier places, like the one where they have been bred and selected for years, definiely one of the cloudiest and rainiest areas in Spain for sure, so go figure!

Soon the BH leaves will start becoming yellow and more pale with the time and falling apart by themselves while the buds get more ripe and sweet. Although I don't like to let them overripe so I can make the most of the energetic effect!

Let's get the BH (and all those other) threads back to where they belong!

Vibes.

Greetings,

Here is my most recent Nepalese Jam picture:

Seems like it might need about 3 more weeks.

This is my most ripe looking Bangi Haze:

Some of the bigger buds have a little bit more of a scattering of white pistils. I'm hoping for some guidance on timing of harvest. I have heard that I should not let this get too ripe if I like the energetic effects, which I do. Should I harvest this week, or next week? The weather is supposed to be very good this next week.

Charlie?

Anyone?

Thanks ahead of time for all the help,

ThaiBliss

Hola TB
Looks like almost done in last pic. Hard to say if rest of plant is done but looks finished indeed.

Autumnal equinox well behind
Warmer sunlight a pleasure to the eye
A trigger to the plants to step up pace

The fruit and the bearer
Not compatible at all, are they?

These Nepalese Jam buds look as if stepping up is no more
Think I’ll let them relish one more full moon

The bearer, on the other hand, despite having to put up with my brutal chirurgical pirouettes
Looks as if it could hold out to the very end of time…
Or maybe they were exactly what has rendered it strong enough
To fight further stem rot attacks…
Sadly enough though, a few other buds didn’t make it this far
having fallen victims to the dreadful bud mould and caterpillars.

But then, I suppose, mould hasn’t been so very catastrophic after all, since it provided the opportunity to harvest different resin…

Just like Epicurus ( I think) once articulated “Every cloud has a silver lining.”

P.S. The treated stem (bearer) belongs to a Bangi but looks quite similar to the NepJam I'm referring to.

Hello Guys.
I'd like to share some Nepjam pics. I recieved them as freebies with my order. I planted 6 seeds, one didnt germinated, one was pulled by me later. So I finished up with 4 plants luckily for me all were girls. These beauties were grown in soil under 300W LED light and fed by Biobizz.

I like thisone a lot. Shes completly covered by trichomes, one of the most frosty strains I had yet. She was tallest from all nepjams and has very light floral odour. At the end of flowering she changed colors of leaves to brown/purple/yellow beauty. Maybe Kaiki can better explain this expression. I think its a bit more jamaica dominant.

Thanks a lot for these herbs. I cant wait to try them.
