By the way, Is the Cannabiogen Nepal Jam the same stock sold at the A.C.E. seeds?
I remember reading that the A.C.E Nep Jam was back crossed to the Nepal Highland, making it 75% nepal 25% Jamaican. True? Regards, |

One more question about this strain.
Which generation of inbreeding is the Nep Jam at this point? Is it an IBL? Regards, |

I have a crazy tall Nep Jam growing. It's in the first week of 12/12 but this thing is so much taller than my other plants that its become a problem. It's even taller than the Destroyer of the same age. Both are beautiful plants, btw.
I chose not to top it because it has a very columnar structure with weak side branching and absolutely huge broad fan leaves. It's the sort of structure that doesn't tend to like topping and after asking some people with more experience on the matter they confirmed that it should probably not be topped. I was wondering how I might keep the height down on this beauty. I have been gently bending the growing tip each day and letting it go after a couple of seconds because I noticed this seems to shorten the distance between the new nodes a bit. I making sure not to damage the plant while doing it. Are there any other tricks I can use to keep down the height while it's in flower? I won't be able to continue messing with the growing tip once it really starts to bloom.

Still reccesive
Jamaican is a tall line!Agree you can gently bend main stem, or just cut/bend several tips or main tip only to promote more bushy develpment. They can be vey "handly" as for scrogs too best kaiki |

in 2011 Ive had jamaican sweeter smelling NJ and it was tall jamaican last year, comparable yield with nepalese side but compacter buds, sweeter smelling and most important better high at all !
very bushy and very unspoiled - nepalese this year, 14days earlier better for northern guerilla growing , but not that good as jamaican imo . but she had also more stress specially in flowering :O |

I think she has finally finished stretching at over 2 meters tall and that's with only a month of veg! Here in week 4-5 of flowering her buds are already plumping up and frosting over. A truly amazing plant. I wish I took a cutting.
How hard would it be to reveg a nep jam? I imagine they don't take to it as well as a more tropical sativa.

What latitude are you at and what was the finishing date? Did all plants finish more or less at the same date? |
