prices still should be that low, if you really think about it the growers are the ones who display breeders finished product.yes the breeders do make the strains ,but without the masses to show how good the products works in every enviorment its pretty much just a picture and some seed.yes prices have gotten way out of control.if prices were kept low people wouldnt be trying to cross everything under the sun to the seeds they just bought for $200 a pack.i would assume the gentic pool would be a lil cleaner..............
