Blue Cheese peno's.

I have a 5 pk of BB blue cheese that I'm about to start.
I guess Im looking for pheno information.are there lots or is it fairly homogonous ?I have heard from friends that this is some top shelf herb. What signs should I look for amongst phenos?
Anybody who has any info to share is very welcome here.

well cheese is only a skunk #1 in orgion so the sweet skunky ness and berries Are both traits of the cheese. And berries/hashy muskiness are the traits of the BB.I honestly think a nice blend will be great.but do I have a better chance of finding 1 or 2 phenos or 6 or 7 phenos if not more if I were to run say 20 seeds? Im not about pheno hunting Im about stabel mixes....IDK man, anyone else have good or bad reports on the blue cheese?

I will try and share some info on this BlueCheese hope this helps

Not Sure which seed company this Blue Cheese comes from Big Buddha, or Barneys,

Description

Smell is a complex strong flavour of cheese/and solvent blueberry's, its not exactly cheese, but not blueberry either, its a strong mix of the two, and proper proper stinky pungent, almost overwhelming smell.

The Taste is pretty much like it smells, strong and mainly cheesy/ fruity undertones, smooth like the Skunk1, similar high/stone to cheese, when smoked a very calming vibe is felt, and leaves you feeling very content, lethargic, sleep inducing almost.

The Smell and Taste of BC is imo what makes this special, just stands out so much you could not ignore it if you tried.

Blue Cheese

Peace out

I was wondering the same thing. I have 4 very nice ones vegging right now (fem.seeds)...I have heard of a grape-berry flavor phenotype with this strain....if this is true, thats the one I would be after...

i planted 14 seeds about5years ago and i think the bb bluecheese isent very consistent as no2plants were the same all were very differnt some with big buds some with tiny long buds same goes for the leaves and shape of plants some small some tall some have skiny stems some are thick i find the ones leaning more to the sativa side are the beter ones4flavour i did find a keeper very low yielding but the smell an taste and resion content of this plant was amazing it had dark green small skinny leaves and was very branchy and had a skinny stem and branches but its all about the flavour and high of tis one i also did cross a nice bluecheese male to buddhas sister an nyc diesel an bx to the bc female i talked of earlier and i have2say i love these crosses ter just so just so stinky an resionious it is amazingly good smoke of all croses. i tryed these seeds before bb started feminizing everything iv also had the big budha cheese and dident find any to my liking i still have 5 seeds left of regular ones so who no's what they wil be like id like to get a nice male and cross it to hgf cheese the bb cheese they yielded good but there was no cheese smell for me i dont like fem seeds but i think one of the best representation of a cheese at the moment is home grown fantasys cheese pity they dont do regular cheese seeds anymore just my2cents

Hmmm... Loads of mixed reports. I don't know if I am going to be of any help but here goes:

Two Xmas's ago I grew ten Fem Big Buddha BlueCheese. There was quite I few different phenos through out all Ten of them and from memory there were only two that looked alike, more Sativa Dom... I was away for 2 weeks and friends helped out while I was gone. plus it was an ageing setup and the light was a few yrs old so not the best grow I must admit...

Overall the yield wasn't great, 10x 6.5ltr pots, soil, under 400wat hps. Each plant had just over (only just) an ounce each. Two were just under an ounce, and one was a healthy 1.5oz I think.

I labelled all and watched progress and smoked each one to find the best. Luckily smoke wise the highest yielder, I believe BC 6, was by far the tastiest, strongest and looked really good. She is now my first and only mother.

When I came to run her again everything was going swimmingly until I was robbed and found an empty cupboard! Luckily one clone was left of BC 6 and I couldn't be happier. I don't seem capable of building up a resistance She tastes amazing, last time I went to Amsterdam was during the cannabis cup 2010 I tried HGF Cheese entrant which shared similarities with my BC 6 but my BC 6 has more of a, I can only describe as sour or bitter or even dankier taste too it. Any way it stinks to high heaven.

Unfortunately I have never had the honour of experiencing Exodus Cheese so can't make a comparison on that one!

Here are three in coco this time (my first try) that are awaiting flower which will b nice. Anyway i can guarantee I have some friends just waiting for the Blue Cheese again!
