While your looking forward, some states are going backward. Montana and New Mexico Republicans are trying to revoke their mmj programs.

Watch out for the tea party and republicans who "align" themselves with the religious right wing nut jobs. I wish it wasn't that way because I am more of a moderate myself and I can't vote for people who want me to go to jail to keep there base happy.

hey guys,
desertjoe thanks bro, Ill have to do more reading on the subject, might be something thats very hard to determine. rick and compost you guys are my kind of guys, Im on the same side of the fence, I dont want to get into a political debate on IC but I will say I think you are both correct. I live in a democratic state, and I dont believe they are going to legalize for medical use any time soon, but maybe in the next few years if Im lucky. At least they are not trying to strengthen the laws against it. later fellas, moresntoil |

If you are growing cannabis plants and do not live in California, you are shooting yourself in the balls by voting Republican. Whether or not you want to vote Democrat- whom hate you too ,only a little less than the other guy- well...I wouldn't judge ya for staying at home. I prefer to actively vote for the lesser of two evils. To the OP: Mass has some interesting legislation in the House right now that is allegedly getting serious consideration from serious people. We'll see. |

Meanwhile I still reside in one of the worst, if not the worst state, for growers.

Kansas has a bill pending, but I don't think it will go anywhere.
