Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone could give me a reasonable idea on plant density for an outdoor patch of Sour 60 or a similar sized plant? My friend wants to do 4-5 8x8ish sized plots at various locations so we're trying to figure out how many beans we need.. I'm thinking maybe 2 per square foot? I have no experience with SOG style growing so figured I'd ask some folks that have been there before.. The plants would get full sun.

I grew out (2) small beds of Sour 60 last year. I would go 4-5 per sq. foot. You will get an occasional larger plant, but most of my 20 plants ended up under 16" tall without any side branching to speak of.
