How light sensitive is the trigger for flowering
Hi Female seeds ! I was wondering if Maroc, Purple Maroc, Easy Sativa really needs 6 hours of darkness to flower or if they are sensitive to light changes ? Where i live the most light we have are on 21/6 23:14 h of light and on the 30/6 22:39 h of light and on the 16/7 20:50 h of light and on the 25/7 19:48 h of light and on the 31/7 19:07 h of light. As you can see the light decrease very rapidly so i wonder if that could make these strains to flower because of that instead of having 6 hours of darkness ? I really hope that could work for these girls i have. I mean if you compare to Holland or UK who have a slow light decrease compare to Sweden where i live.

They need at least 12 hours of darkness, so they will begin to flower maybe in late september, and after, i'm afraid that they will have too much darkness and not enough daylight to bud correctly.
Do people grow mj outdoor in sueden ? |

Easy Sativa ive grown with huge success outdoors in Sweden (mid Sweden).
Start them indoors in late March/early April and pre vegg them indoors under 18/6 and plant outdoors around mid May. A older plant i much more likely to start flower early then a young one. And to John LOQUE, of course we grow outdoors, if people can grow outdoors in Canada why not here? Some parts of this country have awesome microclimate, the far north might be troublesome, this country is 2300 kilometers long north>south so there is loads of variation. Got 4 strains, one ive grown for soon 15 years that work very well outdoors and try some new ones every year. Smoke dont have to be awesome i just want plenty of kilos with buds and run through the bubbelbags

Hi hi ! You are funny Mr John LOQUE: I have been growing weed for many years but i have recently moved up in Sweden(North 60 degrees) and its not the same sun schedule here as it was where i came from. And the question was for the team Female seeds. I wanted to know how sensitive the light trigger was on these strains, because i heard different opinions on that, some say 6 hours and some say its very sensitive to sudden changes in light conditions and i think that it could work with the light schedule i have here who is very rapidly almost 6 minutes a day after 21/6 and that could possibly work. . .

And i have to add that i dont have any inside equipment like lamps. My only thing is to grow so much herb in the summertime that it last to next years harvest season. And i have managed to do that for several years now, but this year is a challenge to find strains that is VERY EARLY and also have a short flowering time so the first light frost in early September dont vipe my entire crop out in the blue. . . But i have already bought my supply of Female seeds(3 strains, bought 2 and i got 1 for free, very nice Female seeds, THANX)) and i´m very confident that they will do just fine for me. . .

BlueMicrodot what strain are u using that works well for you ? I am at north 60 degree now so i wonder if you are close to that ? Its really something extra(pain) to grow this far up north but it can be done, just find the right strain. . .

Ok, i've got to apologize to you guys from sueden ! I was just hallucinating on the daylength schedule you have. I'm on the 45° and mj starts to flower between 1 and 15 august, and after 30 september it begins to budrot, so it's tricky, not optimum but still possible.
Anyway sorry, and have a good outdoor session |

And to john LOQUE: Well the more airy sativa fluffy buds perform alot better then anything that leans more to the indica side, then its also very depending on the local microclimate. Finding spots where they have morning sun and mid day sun is also abit tricky because without the morning sun they will stay damp for alot longer each day after the night and mould more easily. Places that lie low and close to lakes often have fog in the night fucks plants up badly, places higher up where there is more wind to dry them up combined with morning/mid day sun is what you should be looking for.
