Seems I made our Canadian brothers feel I was showing them up and got upset I posted pics in their thread, sorry fellas. There is a thread in the Moonshine Seeds forum also showcasing a couple big grows out here.

So here is a thread devoted to a professionally built $500,000 facility in the U.S. We have 40 K hps per flower room (4) and a Veg area that is roughly 1100 sq ft double stacked with another 50K of mixed batch of 1000w, 600w and 400w of MH and t5's. Each room has a 7 ton HVAC unit on it and we have an extra 7ton HVAC sitting on the roof in case one goes bad. All air that enters the building goes through a couple of HEPA filters and all air leaving goes through a couple of carbon scrubbers with Ozone/UV scrub as well. Multiple wall and floor fans in each room plus commercial dehumidifier.

We are City/County/State/ approved and licensed with walk through inspections. We have had 2 inspections and both times the inspectors they couldnt stop talking about how this facility sets the bar for all others in the state.

Each flower room holds roughly 30 3x6 flood and drain tables, though Ive installed some aero tubes in one of the rooms. Each table is planted @ 1 plant per sq ft. Roughly 500 plants per room. We are allowed 6 plants per patient and our MMC holds about 1000 patient license. Currently we are running about a 1/3 of what we are allowed simply so we can work on some seed lines and breeding.

As always ,Im using Advanced Nutrients Sensi Bloom A&B with no additives. Plants are getting about 1600ppms at peak flowering due to the high intensity of the light in the room. Im 400-500 ppms less in a 4K grow at peak flower. Amazing to see the plants using those levels of nutes.

Im running about 20 strains in my room though we have about 80 mother plants in the veg area for strain choice.

The trimming and drying areas are roughly 1000 sq ft with its own separate air source and scrubbers, surveilance.

We also built in a wash basin that would fit a 4 x 8 table so we can clean res and trays with no trouble and a commercial grade 5 basin stainless sink. In the wash area we also installed a commercial washer for processing water extracted resins and a lift to pull that 25u bag that holds it over the basin.

Im running some custom aero tubes I built to see the cost effectiveness compared to running rockwool, dirt, coco etc. The growth is out of this world. that is only 48 hrs of root growth.

lucky you, got some serious square footage and toys to play with. definately most ICmag'rs dream job right there!!
