seed type , female or feminized ?

Hi there
Want to order the grapefruit strain in order to grow a nice sativa in my small closet (130 cm . 4.3 foot ).
I went to the Femaleseeds Web site (www.femaleseeds.nl) to read a little bit about the strains and the company,
I saw that they have two types of seeds, female and feminized.
Just a small questions, does all the grapefruit seeds are female seeds or some are feminized ? (you can see the in both sections , female and feminize)
What do you think about the strain ?
Is it a god sog strain ?

Thanks !

You will be happy with the results of Grapefruit. All girls, early finish 55-63 days with large tasty buds of good weight & pack a punch.

4month cured grapefruit

Great plant to grow in any situation, Ive seen her do well in a SOG and SCROG, she also responds well to topping and LST/supercropping.

Smoke is excellent and just gets better with age, as does the high. Was very cerebral at first just after harvest, after five months cure it packs a real punch but still has that classic sativa high, its a creeper if you know what I mean.

Its definately on my to grow again list.
