RARE SIGHT: Three storey grow op on full display in Amsterdam city centre
Saw this video on youtube with something ive never come across before in the dam....A multi storey grow op in dam square on full display...not quite sure how and why this came to be as im pretty sure its illegal to cultivate more than five plants in the netherlands...
