Oh Yeah! This is the NorCal Catpiss. Unlike the Skunk based SoCal Catpiss; this plant leans heavily towards some heavy duty Afghani lines.

Stocky growth, leathery leaves, dense large head trich's. Finishes in about 60 days.

Although this plant grew a bit leafier than I had anticipated after growin the SCCP the buds underneath are dense and just layered in trichs.

The flavor of this herb is some old school flashback of , Roadkill Skunk/MapleLeaf/Humbolt twisted mix of goodness. Cant put a finger on it but it reminds me of every piece of insanely good herb I smoked in my 20's from my brothas in Humbolt.

Ive grown a few generations of MLI from Sensi and the really special tasting ones had the sort of skunkyness found in this cut. Another spectacular clone you dont see around very much. Probbably main reason is yeild but when herb is this special yeild means shit.

High is super stony. Relaxing yet euphoric. Makes me feel happy just from the smell and flavor alone. Takes me back 15 years in a puff.

I will be releasing a new legal seed line this summer but it will only be available in CO.

Back on topic here....Any additional info as to the details of the lineage on this NorCal cat piss? I was under the assumption that "Cat Piss" was a phenotype of SSH. The ammonia cat piss smell comes from the amine terpenes, I believe. Even the sweeter and more tropical/pinapple/mango haze phenos can often has a hint of that ammonia smell. I associate cat piss with delicate thin long lady finger buds with foxtailed calyxes.

I didn't know this trait existed in indicas, but I'm sure its possible!!

Super Silver Haze popped up in 1995-1997 when Scott (shanti) bred it and released it.

Catpiss has been around since the mid 80's and was a Skunk pheno just like the Roadkill was a phenotype..

Original Catpiss is the SoCal version from my view. The NorCal version seems almost like a Hashplant of some sort.

The Smell/Taste arent ammonia, I dont know who started that rumor.

Its a blend of Skunk, fresh animal Piss, and kitty litter. That leaves a pronounced "piss" smell n the air. Not ammonia pee but fresh almost Asparagus/Honey Smacks pee smell.
