Hi,sorry about the abuse of your language but im hoping to learn as soon as possible.As I said im moving to SouthSpain to open a growshop.I have a small family and could do with a Spanish partner,as anyone will know its too much,especially for someone from N.Ireland.
I would need help with location,laws,etc.
Anybodys help in this matter will be greatly apprieceted and needed.

Are you moving to near malaga?

I had the same dream about growshop in spain.

its definately a blooming industry in spain ,dr coggollo (sp)is the main wholsaler i believe ,, but recently i was in benidorm and found 2 growshops on my first day ,they were both empty everytime i went past them ,

Get in line with the rest, but good luck. If all goes well for me. I should have my shop in Cadiz or very close. Alot of work and paper work. I would get a lawyer for sure. Get all your paper work in order then run it by the lawyers office. Already got my paper work lined up. It ain't easy, but it is possible. Good luck and hope to see you there.

We stand up and speak now, for the media distorts our image confusing us with poisoners of Public Health and setting us against the society we live in.

The 00th Marihuanathon is born open to all types of participation, with the ultimate goal of adding a little speck to the Mountain of claims for the legalization of cannabis. We will make this mountain big enough to bring on an adaptation of the Law to a generalized conception of "normality", burying the intolerance that has turned cannabis into a clandestine plant illegal all over the Globe.


How to participate: Participating.


This open proposal invites you to be a part of it with a work of art in any type of format. But we don't just count on your brains. Your hands and a little bit of your time will also be useful for the legalization of cannabis. You too can launch air raids with our most powerful mass communication weapon: the Flyer, which you can download, print, photocopy, fold up and throw in the air as many times as you want from any window - the higher the better. Our message will ride the wind to wherever destiny takes it, and on landing will release its intelectual load among those of us who feel identified with the anti-prohibitionist movement.

Donations will also be welcome as this would allow the Team to expand the production possibilities with more solvency.

The Exhibit

Artwork in physical format will be exhibited for two weeks. Performances and films shall take place in accordance to a program that will be prepared for the two Marihuanathon weeks. Once ready, the program will be released via all the possible media, including the Flyer, as soon as we have an approximate number of participants. There will be discussion panels on cannabis-related issues.

Still waiting to hear from the judge about reducing the probation. I'm hoping to be on the plane for this Nov or Dec, if probation is reduced to one year. If not it will be next year.

With me its alot harder to open a business there then someone from UK. You will need to goto local police station and apply for a business Lic. and then get the paper work ready for taxes and employee's if your going to have them and their social security. There is alot to take care, but i'm guessing about the same amount as in anyone elses country. Once i get everything together and all done. I'll post all the forms and numbers of them and what and how it needs to be done in the order and manner. It will give those a stepping stone if they are looking into moving or opening a business in spain from a foreign country. Well, nice to see theiban around. Been awhile.

Was lucky to visit both Cadiz and Mallaga this time last year, the shop(s) in Malaga were closed but i did buy some souvenirs from the small head section in the Amsterdam Grow Shop in Cadiz. Nicely stocked shop with working displays, real easy to find and friendly welcoming staff. is there enough biz for another shop in Cadiz GDW, you ve done your research thoroughly right ? was browsing one off the nutrients websites(Gen Hygro, Europe i think) to find the locations off the shops before my visit , thats when i realised how large the market was in Spain. Growshops are everywhere! gotta be room for a couple more though , all the best future(and present) cannapreneurs............vh

Hey there, I'm going to move there and live there for about a month before making the move to the shop. I'm going to be very busy setting up some grows. I've been some of the best grow shops in the good old USA. I think i can open a KICKASS shop and show them how its done. I'm sure there is room for me. I'm going to do some driving around and checking with wholesaler's. Been talking to them alittle and they are giving me some good feedback about a couple of idea's for a store. I plan to do alot of ad's in Magazines and local radio also. Getting the words out will bring the customer's. I'll make sure not to open to close to any other stores, but i go some college schooling in marketing. I think i'll do pretty well. If there are too many stores for my area. I'll open another business. Got another business i could do well, but i'd rather do the grow store so i can get all my gear for cost. You can't beat that. I'm sure i can find the right location. I'll be looking for a whole month before renting a place for the store. It will be a rocking store with everything and your more then welcome to come by.
