Board Of Supervisors Meeting Reguarding Good Karma Growers! - L. C. Farmers Market - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

We have postponed our meeting we had scheduled for the 9th of January as new issues with our location in the county despite assurances before and after the move from the planning commission and Rick Coel that we would be ok in the new location. My first reaction is to fight but in truth my fighting days are over. We are zoned C-H and they have a loophole to get us out. A big battle is not my forte and i am more interested in to compromise. My main goal is to provide free medicine to terminally ill patients and keeping the prices as low as we can go and stay in business.
On Tuesday January 4th at 1:30 Lake County Board Of Supervisors will address these issues. Please attend this meeting and support us. I will concede to the counties wishes and look for a location in the designated zoning but the outlook is grim as locations in these areas are slim and if a location is found then getting them to agree to housing a collective is no small task. I am a person of compromise and I am more than willing to work with the county but it does seem we are continuously jumping thru an impossible maze of hoops to be able to provide patients with their much needed and helpful medicine. The future of our storefront collective is at stake.. I will keep you all updated on what transpires from here.

Wow. You moved next store! Next store for Christ sakes. I can't help but feel like its playing a poker game but at any time they can change the rules to suit there needs. Sorry to hear about this Rowdy and please let me know how this goes. I wish I was more local as I would come up and help out. I have been to many clubs over the years but haven't found one yet that cares about people as much as you do. I really hope that something can be worked out.

Perhaps just stating the predicament that you guys are in, that you are honestly trying to work with them but it seems that they aren't willing to work with you... I wish I lived in Cali, I would come do some fighting for you.

No one should have to worry about paying for a better quality of life when they are dying. Marijuana is on this planet for a reason and its not for the reason of exploitation. Its here to do good.
