Here is a few |Black widow pics from the past. Seeds were acquired from Mr. Nice personally. Years ago when Heaven's stairway and overgrow were around i had purchased a pack of Black Widow's . Well i ended up with a very poor germ ratio so i informed Shanti on his help desk and he wrote me back saying he would replace my seeds. Well he lived up to his word more than i could have imagined . In the mail i recieved a seed catalogue from his swiss breeding facility and taped to one of the pages in the middle was a vial with 25 Black widow seeds.
What a gift , and what a strain.
Mr. Nice seeds is THE best out there, period...

These pics are Black Widow from 2003 . I have grown out dutch passion version and greenhouse' s version of white widow and nothing comes close to Shanti's widow.
Nothing!
I do notice Dutchgrown seeds has a cross called White Lightning and The " White " used in that cross looks very similar to The original Widow .

dam thats the frostiest widow iv yet to see! shame scott had to rename her black really, dam hacks!! lol might just have to get myself a pack n see if shes still the same as i remeber her.. doubt it but you never knw! mrc

that black widow should be called white widow lol, she seems to be more white then the original white widow

i do like the look of that black widow, looks extremely potent with all that resin coverage.

Correct , Black Widow is the original White Widow from back in the day. Mr. Nice renamed it after he split from Greenhouse seeds. Same with medicine man aka White rhino.
I tried greenhouses version (White Widow )a few years back and they weren't even close. I did find a small pure indica kush plant widow in that pack but it still couldn`t compete.
