400w $100 HPS on fleabay...
i wont post a link, just search for 400w HPS and you'll find it. think its OK? i actually bought my current 400w HPS from the same place, and i can say its an excellent, high-quality setup. it was only about $175 complete and delivered with agro lamp, so it was a budget setup also, but the $100 one is i think about as BARE BONES as you can get with still having the wiring enclosed...
