Ever been busted for Under 1oz in CALI? What happens?
Im pretty sure they cant take you to jail unless you are visually high and driving. And paraphanilia is a seperate charge is it not? If you got pulled over with like 25 gr's in a jar and thats it what would they do. (assuming its a regular old LEO or CHP.
Please rundown what went wrong, why he searched you vehicle and what proceeded. Dont quote norml.. I get the idea but i want specifics. thanks homeez. Also just curious, how bout under 1lb anyone have an experience with that. Last edited by POd; 01-21-2006 at 09:22 PM.. |

They smelled it.

what if a pipe or something smoked out of was present. If its your friend getting the charge and your in the same car, do you even have to provide ID?

i got rolled for no reg with a pipe & few bowls of herb i am medical but did not have ascrip on hand. ( & yes i just smoked a bowl ) but anywhos they took the pipe and my bag letting me drive off i have yet to go to court but its coming up im going to get it all back. or fight tell i do..... if oyur in cali
spend 200 bux n get a scirp...... ( its a 400+ fine from waht i hear )

I talked to a friend and he said he got caught smokin a blunt in his car with a couple buddies they took a quad that was under the seat in a backpack and he got a 175 buck ticket. for disturbing the peace or some shit because people were visible like 75 feet away.

iif you get busted with under an ounce of weed and thats it in LA, it is unlawful for a cop to arrest you..its considered cruel and unsual punishment now...look it up..just a ticket

At least in my state there are distinct differences on amounts of possession when you are inside a car. These are not listed at the norml site.
