Wondering how organizations with enough resources to ship 11 tons of weed at a time can't afford to buy a drug sniffing dog. Or at least rent one from the corrupt local police force...

11 tons disguised as supersacks of titanium oxide.....yeah this has been big news in the last couple days.

on another note a grow op in a healthy house was busted in the same area.....qouted as "designer weed"...96 plants...1million$ street value.

hahaha 1 million dollar op for a 3k grow haahahhahahahahaa hillarious how cops lie so blatently. that grow could probably only produce 20k every 3 months tops and thats at east coast prices...so it would take over a decade to hit a million dollars...

about that 11k tons..its all brickpack..and chicago dealers selling herbs are glad their prices just went up. amazing how cops think they are doing anything except raise the profits for those who still exist. even if they took out the top dog thats giving a dozen underlings potential to make money.....

hey im glad that many posters here agree that the DRUG WAR IS A SHAME AND A WASTE OF TAX PAYER MONEY.

fact # 1. the cops LIED about this haul. thats 3 lights, producing at most 6lbs every 3 months. 6lbs of high grade will only sell for 25k or so. so this operation only generated 100k a year. THERE IS NO FEASIBLY WAY THIS GENERATED 1 MILLION DOLLARS.

fact # 2. the cops probably spent 100k+ in salaries, equipment, overtime, etc for this raid. so this means that THE TAXPAYER has effectively spent 100k for some steroid popping cops to kill some PLANTS.

fact # 3. the drug war is an utter failure and most of america recognizes this.. however our government has a vested interest in continueing marijuana prohibition, from big pharma to DEA seizures, the government loves to imprison its own people.

fact # 4. other marijuana dealers in this county are probably enjoying their extra profits. and if they are arrested people will take their place. IT WILL NEVER STOP...

That setup was NOT producing 2# per, I guarantee it. They'd be lucky to get more than 1# per with that type of canopy. But with W. 175th Street's street values, I guess it's okay to run such an inefficient grow.

Why do these stories never have a happy ending? why can't it just say "..and the weed made it safely to its location" at the end.
