taiz and zeiger is an excellent reference. finding a way to access google scholar articles (like through a university library or something like that) is a must for anyone who wants to better understand the variety of plant sciences that will make you a more informed and better grower.

subbed and THANK YOU! I'm about to take the plunge with thin layer chromotography. I know a few here have been disparaging on TLC, but I think it's the way to go...I personally don't want only corporation with deep pockets claiming only gas chromo is the ONLY way. It's not. Let's keep things moving in the right direction, the hands of the people.
