texas kid a very respected grower on another site with many journals under his belt of 10+k rooms did a test of botanicare power cloner (?) and said he got roots in 3 days with a ez cloner and he did a side by side with roots excel and it beat it out.

i'm using root 66 right now only because it was free lol.

Clonex Solution, ph adjust to 5.8 and Aquashield...100% success rate every time.

Normally, I only use tap water, not ph'd, and aquashield. Might try the HG roots excelurator next time but the clones always seem to root slower when adding more stuff to the cloner.

I've got a hard to root elite that I'm lucky to see roots from in 14 days in my EZ 120. It's usually 3-4 weeks before they're well rooted, but by that time I'm usually facing slime and the cuts yellow from where the leaf meets the stem outward. Mass fail usually follows. Last run I cut 48 and had 11 survive. Not good.

I've generally used just tap water which is 30-60ppm, timer at 15 on and 15 off, water temps are generally in the mid 70's. Bleach the living shit out of the thing between runs too so pathogens should be at a minimum. Still marginal success.

Considering a bunch of shit. Might add a cold water loop to keep the temps closer to the high 60's, might grab some powercloner solution, might increase water changes to twice a week, might just throw some maxibloom in there at a low ppm and hope for the best. Not sure which will help the most, if at all, but I need to crack this nut soon. Roomate is moving out and my 9-5 will never cover my expenses.

i used a small springy coil garden hose from Lowes to bring the temps down in my ezclone 120 . I installed it inline with the cold water supplying my heat exchanger. 100 percent success with lower temps.

get a chiller or try setting on concrete floor if possible. high temps in an ezclone will make slime for sure

First time using aero cloner and they are starting to look unhappy do I have to lower my ph before they pop roots or what?

I start with r/o, so I know the water is clean. I add a couple drops of chlorine bleach for each gallon.

When I take cuts, I use a glass container with water to hold them and soak them for 10 to 20 minutes. It's the water in this jar I add any cloning gel/powder/solution to.

Refresh the bleach each week. It's not perfect, but it works and anyone can tweak it to be better.

My clones are acting as if there pH is off but people keep saying there not pHing their solution....tap water 7.0 at 50 degrees F , pump on 15 of 15.
