Bogglegum clone
Got a bogglegum clone here, and I'm not too sure what the cause of the yellow tips. She's been under a 250w MH for about 2 weeks since rooting. Had a half strength feed of BioBizz grow, and the same of Alg-a-mic, and still new growth appears with yellow tips?
Any ideas? Thanks ![]() Might help if I upload a pic or 2

The first thing I'd do Stan is get a handle on the PH. Whats the PH of the nutes and whats the PH of the runoff? If everything is looking good there (PH is between 6.0-6.5) then I would have say that looks a bit like the beginnings of nute burn. 1/2 strength is a bit hot for such young clones. If the PH is alright, I would start by flushing the plant with plain PH'd water to get some of the nutes out of there and then see how they react. It will take SEVERAL days to see a difference. Then after a week or so, once the plant has responded favorably, I would start them back on 1/4 strength nutes and gradually ramp up to your full nute schedule over the next couple weeks or so. At any rate, that would be my recommendation.

with my experience, bogglegums also seem to like thier magnesium... if what Rellikbuzz said doesn't work, supplement some epsom salt

I agree with noruas ...my experience with bogglegum has taught me that she loves rooting space and has normally filled the pot with roots whenever i check. Makes some good bubbley hash also

Could it be the early stages of a zinc deficiency? If not that, then perhaps magnesium.

Thanks for the input guys
Rellikbuzz, rekon you were on the money, as after esting I found ph to be 7.6! Growing in soil I've never bothered thinking about ph but after investing in a ph pen that's all changed. Now watering @ 6.5, and she's already looking better!

I had a couple Bogglegum that had that yellowing early on, but they quickly grew out of it. I don't know what my pH situation was though, I didn't check it.
I had also wondered if there was some verigation genetics in there. I seemed to recall reading that it could show up in the BOG strains.
