Why pay more than $40 for a pack of seeds?
If you're a dude, or a med patient, not knee-deep in the weed scene, all things being equal, why would you pay more than say $40 for a pack of seeds?
I say that b/c MOD offers packs of beans for $30. They're potent and crystally. AnnaC offers a bunch of strains as well, at the $35 price point. My question would be - if you bought a couple of packs of MOD seeds, a couple of AnnaC - you probably would get genetics equal to quality of the $100-$200 seeds, minus the hype! Dont forget the seedbay auctions - SSH xNLA, UK Cheese crosses, $20/10. The buds I've seen of SSH and NLA have been rediculous... For $20 to get results approximating the parents is a crazy deal! The most I've spent so far is $100+ for a pack of seeds, that didnt end up going well at all... have a couple orders coming in of seed packs from $20 - $60... a good range for me for now! For new growers, I give the advice - start with the small stuff, pick up interesting crosses from the 'bay... that way you can see if you're cool with that level or if u REALLY need the neewest chemmy funk... that's cool, AnnaC has something along those lines for $35! Or if you have $45 to spare... CLS Seeds has some killer crosses as welll.. just need someone to (over)grow them out! So true brother. annaC' Yummy Diesel is some of the absolutely best herb I've smoked. So good.
Got some Kali-Dream too, from MOD, can't wait to try those out, mmm, tasty indi x Kali Mist.. Can't go wrong! I like some of the higher priced too tho. Sometimes the extra money buys you something really special. And example is Chimera' Highland Mex x BB, can't get those kind of Mexi genes too many places nowadays.

40 bucks or 200 bucks really isn't enough of a difference to make me care. If you think like that you may as well pass buying seeds all together and just use bag seed.

I'd pay around $100 bucks a 10pack just for a quality strain.

dont talk about price in general..price is always realtive... for example: i paid 90 bucks(which is quite a lot for me to pay for seeds) for tom hill haze, and i think its cheap as hell! if i assume flo times, amount of selected plants and so on and so on...
price for ssh is also cheap imo...18 seeds..from one of the best breeders around... as for reservoir seeds...rez has huge reputation here...for making great aand potent crosses... many great cuts around from his seeds so... and one thing yet...if you think price is too high for you, then dont buy it and stop btichin about it! peace
