i own the schultz powder and find myself using it for roses,
but not so much for cannabis.. also, i use it when in a medium like soil where the clone will benefit from the artificial root system. i also own olivas solution, which i find to be useless.. maybe i need an aerocloner huh looking to buy a gel on monday. any recommendations or are they all the same? dyna gro gel looks good to me 9 bucks.. any1 know how far 4oz of gel goes in Cannabis cuttings? maybe 200 cuttings? 2000? im clueless ![]() cj |

Products containing naphthalene acetic acid seem to work much better than products containing Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA), in my experience...

That's interesting stuff Indigo. With all the "I put apple juice in my res to flavor my pot" threads I've read, I was skepitcal at first of the idea of using honey, but after reading your post there it makes good sense... I'm going to give it a shot myself.
Hehe and to answer the poll question... Nothing new here: I use the schultz powder and own the Olivias Cloning Gel, but it's useless......is there an echo in here? I have near 100% success with the schultz and no success with Olivias. Last edited by Doobie Doo; 01-01-2006 at 05:52 PM.. Reason: apologies |

I use Root Juice by ESU Greenleaves. Its ingrediants are all derived from natural sources.
I have put it head-to-head with clonex and it jumps all over the clonex. I get roots usually in well under 2 weeks. Clones don't wilt or yellow with this stuff either, where as they do BIG time with Clonex. Last edited by timtim; 01-01-2006 at 05:09 PM.. |

No hormones. I used to use Olivia's with great success in perlite, rockwool, etc., but since switching to bubbler cloners, I don't use anything.
