MD or DE for growing?
I'm contemplating moving back to the east coast, to either MD or DE. And i want to move to whichever state i'd be better off in, if i got caught growing 4 plants in a tent, in a perpetual grow. I cant seem to find much info on either states laws. Norml says that MD has a pseudo "mmj" defense if caught, but doesnt have an mmj law or offer a card. But does that have anything to do with cultivation too, or is it just possession? Any help would be appreciated.
