ya got BA's flippin burgs cause it's such a great place... new law will ace out caregivers very soon (zoning, etc)... if ya don't have a gig with a center, i'd say wait till the smoke clears.

I know a lot of ppl in FoCo. They say its a nice atmosphere....music scene is a nice little personal thing.....this is only from what Ive heard though...

Fort Collins is shit.

It is now one of the worst places to grow in the state and I can no longer think of any good reason to live here except for a relatively low cost of living and all the hot college girls that are everywhere... but 9/10 of them are stuck up dumb bitches.

I recommend checking out Lyons if you are considering a move to CO.

I live in fort.. I agree, its probably one of the worst places in the state to be illegal, and unless you have a center/dispensary thing worked out, its illegal, since the caregiver system has been dismantled (however the cops cant figure out who is doing personal legal grows and whos doing illegal grows, so throughout the whole state the chances of getting cought have been reduced dramatically, since everyone and their mother is growing).. having said that.. I have lived here for 5 years and plan to for at least another 5.. People are amazing, Meds are amazing, music is amazing..

I just moved up here to FoCo about 2 months ago. I definitely would not recommend an illegal commercial facility, but as far as a place to stay, it's got good restaurants, at least 4 grow stores, decent dispensaries (my fiancee manages one of em, so to avoid a conflict of interest, I won't give specifics, but in general I don't see much on par with Boulder bud - solid 6s & 7s, some 8s, but if you're looking for elite genetics and/or connoisseur bud, you've got a drive ahead of you). I haven't had a law enforcement encounter to date (knock on wood), so I can't speak to that, but there are enough drunk kids being assholes most nights to keep the heat off. Oh- rent is and city electric rates are cheap!

Also, you should be prepared to be closer to Wyoming than Denver - coming from the urban east coast, this was something of a culture shock to me.
