Any advise for an "auslander" that got caught with a couple hundred grams in Bayern? I need it.
The cops were all nice and shit, and i didn't give them permission to search my place. They came in, found what they were looking for, wrote me a ticket and left.

Couple of hundred grams... Your in some trouble i suppose. Don't tell the cops shit without a lawyer. Expect to be observed!

You could get lawyers specialised on drug/cannbis crimes via the Grüne Hilfe (Green Help: https://www.gruene-hilfe.de/).

dude hate to say it but it seems your in deep trouble now (couple hundred gramms WTF?!?)...
bayern is the worst "bundesland/ state" here in germany for mind opened people like us ...
its germanys state with lowest ammount of weed allowed for your personal needs called "eigenbedarf"
and highest punishment against all ppl breaking those "guidelines"
...
first off all get a good counselor as mentioned above !!!
fucking cops are always nice and helpfull when a bust is going to be successful...

I didn't let them in. They came in and said "we have to search your house now." I kept telling them "you have to leave" "You need to have a warrent" "get out". I did everything except physically remove them.

I don't know the laws exactly here, but I know how they are in the states. And they have to have a warrant to search your house.

I wasn't caught selling, or anything like that, I have it for personal use.

I cleaned out the house of anything that could be thought of as paraphernalia. They even took my signed copy of the emperor wears no clothing.

I'm going to start looking for an attorney today.


As for exactly how much i had... no idea. I didn't weigh it. It's a ruff guestamate.

so you don't know the reason why they came to your house?
they normally need a warrant, but not in case of "gefahr in verzug" (imminent danger).
how is your residence permit? it's possible that you get deported back to your passport-state, after conviction

The biggest problem is that cops don't need anything over here. If they find something it's ok. In Germany they can use every evidence even if obtained illegally, one of the few advantages of US law.

There are points you should know as for example you do not have to talk to the police, never and under no circumstances do! Only talk to a attorney, he will tell you how to proceed. Police in Germany may and will lie to you in order to get you to talk, just don't let the attorney do the talking.
