Mrs.Babba's Bubble

We have been watching this grow of diesel plants with total amazement , we trimmed them up last night , 9 plants total and that took a while, Babba had to finish up in the morning cuz we ran out of steam. One of the first things we do and very important [we have found] is rinse the bags and buckets out very good, its crazy how much stuff can get stuck in the screens, we have pets and their hair seems to get everywhere, this helps alot then its stir, stir, stir....then stir some more
not sure how much buddage was used to make this round 'o hash but abit lets say heres a cpl of pics of the pile before going into the bucket....

These buds were frozen for some hours before going into the buckets so they are nice and cold, here they are in the bucket getting stirred not shaken

When we run them thru the bags we will post the next shots....should be fun!...wish ya all could hang out and partake of this yummy hash with us, but its Babbas Birthday and this is his wish

Got lots of ice. We are not really good at trimming lots of little leaves until they add up to enough to make hash so what seems to work best for us is just to give up alot of the lower "popcorn buds" to get the hash we want. Lots of you watched our summer grow and heres what happened. When we trimmed the outdoor sourD plant we came up with the most wonderful full melt clear dome hash that we had ever smoked. Ever since we ran out of our last piece of the sourD fmcd I have dreamed of more. So we have decided to give up a good part of our sour diesel harvest to "chase that dragon" Hopefully as this day goes on we will be able to get something as nice as last run.

Hang around we will be adding pics as we go . Got any question? feel free to ask ........

Cheeba is on a distinguished road
What a nice happy birthday indeed! That looks really tasty! Can I ask why you prefer to stir rather than use a mixer? And would it be better to break up the buds?

Thanks for sharing those. Do you have some action shots?!

Hash in the making....

Cook....Thanks for stopping by, I'm goin baby goin strong!

Cheeba...Good to cya's!....the difference in the type of stirring is what kind of matter you get in your end product, the less agitation the better, stirring it helps keep it very gooey and bubbley and ohhh so yummy ....we do use a cordless drill with a beater in it but thats the second rinse, just to make sure you get all the trichs....

Sleepy dear, thanks for the love, the hits from the hash is a fast, really high, high, the vap is more steady slower high, for me anyway, but I love the hash taste and high and everything

Chucky Highya Chuckster!!....and thats the truth, friends are here and its on like donkey kong here!!

Heres a pic of the wash right before running thru the bags, we use a seperate bucket to mix the buds in because its just easier on the bags not to mix in them too much, they are very precious to us and want them to last

Here is a pic of the 73 bag right before scooping it out

Here are some pics of the piles on the cardboard ready for drying

Next is right after putting some paper towels down and a rolling pin and pressing the water out....in this pic the 73 just got pressed and the 45 is next...

After all is pressed and semi dry but still smokable and bubbling its ready for the pipe!!

We'll post some pics of the second run, hopefully theres some more there

hmm the wet bubble looks rather greeny.
Do you rinse the bubble with cold water while still in the bag? , might be a good idea.
Also I find using the pressing screens to very useful. I try not to place soggy wet bubble on the cardboard.

after you press the water out of the bubble with the pressing sreeens, then break up the bubble chunk as fine as you can while still in the pressing screen. When the chunk has been crumbled pour it onto the cardboard and spread it out as much as possible, Then raise the cardboard off the surface, so air can pass underneath the cardboard.

Happy birfday babba, how many bong hits are you gonna do?
