One Year Old Cold Cured Creamy Congo Hash (oh so good)
I harvested the Congo plant to make this Luscious Hash 1 year ago to the month. When I pressed the crumbly blond colored water hash last year the smell had a very pleasant floral Ozu liqueur smell. Now after a year of cold curing in a glass jar it is more complex with strong soapy lemony overtones with a Nepalese hashy bottom end. Especially after smoking in glass the flavor is very pronounced. I pressed the individual glands for long term storage into separate bags with ten grams per. I then used a mason jar filled with semi-boiling water. I used the jar like a rolling pin; kneading and breaking the glands. This action burst the oils from the blond or brown Glands turning them into black gooey tar like HASH consistency (yummy goodness) better suited for long term storage. Pressing the glands tightly together minimizes THC depleting oxygen contact per gland. Good Medicine...

Very nice, southernmeds!
That's a lot of hash, do you prefer hash to bud? Most of my OD I process due to floating weed seeds & bugs sticking to my buds, as well as the possibility of mold, wondering if you follow a similar line if thinking? The cold curing simply means the various 10Gr packets were stored in a jar in the fridge, yes? Enjoy the fruits of your labor!

Looking soooo nice Southern Meds.
I am planning on doing the same sort of thing this year. I imagine I will have a fair amount of loose bud and trim to work with. I will be dry sifting for the first time this year. This is Great Information Southern Meds!! GM

Nice, what do you mean by cold curing? In the fridge/freeezer?
