Hey Ventura, bro. Hope your doing well brother. I had planned on doing a large grow this season, and backing up a lot of my limited seeds.. However I got a bad start when a mouse or something devoured a cpl hundred of my seedlings, and I started a job that required me to be out of town all week.. So my grow went to shit, but I was able to raise up a beautiful Chemdawg Sour D x Sour Diesel IBL..
I gave a handful of them to my buddy along with some other seeds to grow outdoors too. He had all beautiful plants from the CDSD X SD. Ive never found a bad plant in these.. Ive grown them a few seasons now. I really like it man, the Sour in them is on point.
The girl I grew vegged in the side yard, in the veggie garden all summer, before I transplanted her to a huge pot to flower in the back yard
Like I said she seemed to be more sour Dominant. My buddy grew about 6 of them, 2 of which really seemed to be Chemdawg dom, the rest Sour. Seems to be something like 2/3 Sour dominant phenotype. I have my girl chopped and drying now, Ill give an thorough smoke report after shes cured up, and I'm planning to make some rosin with her in the next week or so. Ill drop some more pics and a report for that as well..
I apologize for the shitty cell phone pics, they dont do here any type of justice. She was super sticky, and sour at harvest. One side of the plant started to turn purple, which is the first time ive seen this in this hybrid. Possibly the extreme cold temps we got just before harvest.. It dropped down to the 30s, and snowed, followed by a frost, the day before I harvested. Just triched up!






That top bud on in the last pic is absolutely frosted up, cant tell by the pic. I got some more harvest shots with my buddys camera which are 100x better, Ill try to get them from him and Ill post em up..

Wow those look really nice. Can almost smell it from here! A lot of sour diesel smells huh, I got to get one of those in my garden again, it is my favorite smell.

I hope someone grows out some of the sour bubble crosses, that will be next on my list of seeds to try. I have some sour diesel x sour diesel small males going right now. Gotta get that SD smell back.

Thanks man, I have a handful of the SOur Bubble x SOur D IBL. U can bet I will be growing these next. Im just as excited about the Grapefruit/BB x Sd IBL aswell. I may save the GF/bb for outdoor but Im gna squeeze atleast 5-6 of the Sour Bubble x SD into my indoor this winter. I will keep u posted. U did an excellent job on selection for these seeds, Ive not seen a bad or average plant come from these yet. All above average or better! Im so in love with sour man. Keep me posted on the IBLS you're running now.. Id like to get another shot at the pure IBL. I know these seeds get a lot of bad reviews, and some ppl say theyre nothing special, but I believe there is some outstanding specimens they just need to be found. I would be interested in growign these out to make more seeds. Continuation on the Inbreeding, and also outcrossing to a few things. I have some Stardog F2s, that Id like to find a nice male to use on the SD IBL. Also some Triangle Kush S1s. Id like to use a male SD IBL on one of these girls. These S1s are from the same batch of seeds that Karma found the cup winner in. I just need to acquire the SD IBL seeds.

Also Im going to upload some better pics of this girl tonite. My buddy had a much better camera on him and got some shots. So when he comes over later Im gna rip the photos from his phone and Ill upload them to here for u to get a better idea of how these turned out. My camera on that phone is absolute crap and does these plants a complete INJUSTICE! Doesnt really show any detail of the flowers.

Sounds like some great seeds you have there The Revolution. I still have the pollen from the 3 male Sour Diesel plants frozen. It seems to be a numbers game on the Sour Diesel's. This time I am trying out the smaller male since I have only grown 1 out so far. I've got 5 of them sexed female.

That is what I have wanted to see audiohi. I love the looks of those sour bubble x SD's. Dark waxy looking leaves. Did the Sour Diesel smell come through on any of them?

Those will be my next seeds to pop.. I've got some SD x a sour bubble male also to try out. Beautiful plants!

Just popped about 50 cdsd x sd and all took off perfectly and was expecting less viable seeds so goes to show they def can take a beating as far as not being always in the fridge and me just tossing them all into a pot with coco and tossing them in with a layer of coco perlite ontop of them ... Have Ya grown any of these CDSD x SD @venturahwy and/or @the revolution ? Im def expecting them to be killer since the others Ya made were Fire sorry i get Ya two mixed up and owe Ya guys both some fire seeds i got a lot of newly tested Fire from all the clones and old school seed stock one got also doing calab work with a few breeders like ras kaya paul from PNW roots so shits getting real


@audiohi them plants def look on point that's one i messed up was the sour bub x sd I don't remember what happened but at the time i had all my seed get fucked up so im guessing it was when i went into the hospital and they all dried out

Venturahwy made these seeds. Ive grown a good share of them. Ive been blown away by them all. Theres like 1:3 Chem/sour phenos. I was really into the Chem pheno until I found the Sour girl I found this season. The sour is on point.

Thanks a lot for the info rev ...i'm definitely going to get a hold of him for permision to work them further ... from what I've seen of the others I want to definitely work them for fresh stock and for some nasty crosses to all my clones especially the Chems and skunk i have and maybe a few killer ogs but man i have not had any Herms so far ...knock on wood ...like everyone likes to complain about online with Rez gear but I will stress test them after I work them up some more just because I found some really dank Phenos in the others and out of at least 50 seeds I got going now of the cdsd x sd I definitely should find a good male and female to make some fresh beans with them ... Theres def some monsters in all the other sour d x's Ventura made also I've got a killer stud male stardawg and chem91 skva bx male so be some fire im sure adding some sour to them aslong as there not to touchy during stress tests but speaking of dank i got my RKS BXed to a nasty wcsd and also i used an old skunk 1 from sensi so will need them tested by me and a few orhers to see if the Rks is Dom or if they need more work but I've always have seen the first bx being the better of the BXing work so crossing fingers
