do you use a kettle bell or dumb bells?

I bought a 10 pd kettle bell yesterday. although i think im going to return it im wondering if any of you folks out there use a kettle bell or prefer dumbells or maybe u use both.

i watched a kettle bell exercise dvd and the workout is definitely both cardio and weight training whereas dumbells are just weight training.

if you have an opionion or preference please post it. im eager to learn as much as i can from personal experience.

thanks

Kettlebells are fantastic, I use them everyday. Great for building strength and giving you a full workout. Dumbbells are good too, but not as effective as kettlebells.

I dont think I could work out for a whole hour with kettlebells. Thats how long my cardio workout is.

But yah I read kettlebells will give u more strength without bulking up. I surely dont want to do that. I just want lean muscle.
