Outdoors in CO flowering times.
I just moved to CO and this is my first season. When does flowering usually start in Colorado? I have a cheesle here that I swear has started to flower already while my Jack Flash and Skunk 1 are barely showing pistils.

I do indoors but outdoors is a thing I like to do. So flowering happens at late July early August?

It's way to late for outdoors now, but depends where you are here in CO.
Yes you can grow outdoors here in CO. Down in DGO my Betrix Choice went in May 1st and was ready Sept 21st, then on Halloween the rest of my girls were ready. I've grown some dank trees here and those who say you can't don't have the experience or know how, sorry tARMARC, but yes you can grow here outdoors in Boulder and get wonderful huge plants easy, but you need a decent cold frame for your starts or an early start inside. Thats what I do, and they are chest to chin high in 2gal buckets(I'm 6'8") ready for transplant into the raised beds, and no greenhouse or hot house. I've finished off many many sick plants here in Boulder. It can be done very easily. Always plant May 1st |

May 1st is a little early, there was still 2 feet of snow on the ground here may 1st.. I would say more like june 1st.. you should be able to finish anything that finishes in under 70 days, provided the weather is good..
Greenhouses are the way to go here...

Thank you everyone for your posts!
Tr33: Sounds like you had a great season. Okiedope: Doing well! Hope you are, too! F13 the strain, or felial generation 13? If you have felial 13's, those must be great! F13 is good, too. Sounds like you might cut it really close with the F13. Let us know how it goes!Funk: I might build a greenhouse next year, but this is a rental home so I have been really debating it. I was bringing this up because I had some cheesle that started to flower and I had to bring it in under 24 hour because I wanted clones. I knew my Skunk #1 wouldn't finish in time, so I brought her in as well. Right now outside are two of my own strains, O.P.B. (squat pheno) and Red Queen, as well as a Jack Flash. Cutting it close with the Jack Flash I think, considering it has barely started showing flowers. It's a clone from a 5 month old mother, so I know it's sexually mature. It was just odd seeing my Cheesle go berzerk with pistils, and my Jack doing nothing. All of them did some stretching though.. I figured I might be nearing flowering but I wanted to check and see when the season usually calls for plants to start flowering. I am near Manitou, by the way, if that makes any difference for the season?
