Mabey someone could pick this question up. -I run an aeroponic flower room that is constantly in a perpetual harvest situation, this eliminates the option of flushing a groop of p;ants as they finish in the system because I only have only one pump capable of doing aero and its bizzy pumpin flower nutes and cant punp fresh water into one chamber and something elce into another. -What I do now, is I take the finishing chamber and shut it dwn with my manifold and isolate it from the system and plug up its drain and I fill it wiyh 6.4 ph water. -Thats it. I let it sit in there for 7 days or so. -Id like to throw a bubbler in there and I was wondering If anyone knew how long you should bubble flush your flowers if you flowered them aeroponicly. -Would a week be good? -Rite now Im just dunkin the roots in water. -Is that bad? -The weed comes out great but I could use a little more flavor. -Not that my flavors not great but Im tryin to get that "first lit the bowl" flavor to the end of the bowl. --What Im really tryin to ask is, -is a week long bubble flush with 6.4 water a good flush method for aeroponicly flowered weed? -Waddaya think?

When u say you let the nutes sit for 7 days ....is that static...or with an airstone in there?

so i read further.. are you Dunken roots into the nutes as your feeding method?

maybe im too blazed..

but nutrients need airflow.....aeroponics need airflow ..
static nutes can cause Mould!
letting roots sit in nutes will evetually cause you probs....

Uncle Hughie - hes talking probably about true aeroponics....thus he has a large huge volume pump that is producing an actual mist...

now he has sections to his aeroponics which he rotates plants in....he can turn off the sections and just have water SITTING in these sections.....as in no aeroponics in these sections ....


but also no drainage in these sections...

so first off none of the products that Uncle mentioned will work....

adding bubbles will help increase the oxygen in your flushing areas but not help with flushing...

myself...yer system is flawwed...you are not flushing at all uless you are able to rotate the water in that system...

but it sounds as tho yer happy with the system....so i would jsut give you some advice....and that advice would be to change the water in that section 2-3 times each day....it sounds liek alot of work.....but this is the closest yer going ot get to not having that chemical taste i am very sure you must have...

adding the bubbles will help the plants grow on them final days too...

also the plants will ingest whatever nutrients are in your water....shit left over on the walls of the containers....wherever.....the idea with the final flush is to get plants to use any chemicals they have in there system and to have fresh clean water..with NO CHEMICALS in it....

this means you dont use any bullshit gimmack products that are supposed to help with flush or add taste to final product...that is fucked up and crazy.....the werst part...it is unhealthy

this is how i see it.....you can put whatever yer willing to eat in yerresivoir durring flush....if you cant eat the shit....then you sure as hell dont want to smoke the shit.....so the next time some asswhipe at the grow shop tries selling you some flushing product or flavor product...tell his ass to drink a cup of it then you MIGHT think of it:P

-Yea.. I got a true aero system with a ecoplus 230 pump. -I can force a 3 inch collum of water 25 feet into the air! -Not that it maters but its pretty cool aint it? -HaHa! Im on my 4th set of flowers with this system and I really havent perfected a flush method yet. -I did have an air stone in there, -and it is plane water(6.4 ph) but im usin the airstone for something elce rite now but Im gonna get a nother one and set it in there. <> -Even with the air stone in the res, should I change the flush water every day? -Should there be anything in my res besides 6.4 ph water when I flush? I would suggest and couple of things here....
Choices...
1. Switch your system off perpetual and go full trottle.... This allows you to feed the plant properly during the whole life-cycle.
2. Use all organic nutes, and the negative taste left in the plant will be minimized. (I have tried this once, didn't care for the growth rates either)
3. Go ALL OUT and buy three more units, and grow four times as much. (LOL)
