Our dispensaries checks were cashed by DOR
FYI.
Our 7500/1250 checks to DOR went thru yesterday. So anyone tripping about WF closing their account soon can worry a bit less. Peace |

Yeah they must have finally made it to the bank.
There was a large empty hole where some money used to be in my acct. |

So its now legit and you can have bank accounts for your MMC?
Lines of credit? how about insurance?

Not sure how you would define legit... Federally, no way. State and local, yes to some degree.
The problem with banks is that the move money around crossing state lines so the federal compliance rules apply. That's why most banks are reluctant to hold money associated with Marijuana. Insurance has never been an issue if you look around a bit. Lines of credit ? LoL |
