Making the switch, partially

I haven't grown hydro in over 15 years and then it was huge rooms filled with ebb and flow tables with nets over them (scrog). I grow mostly organic in soil.

I plan on buying 4 Water Farms to get started. Is organic hydro worth it? Can I still get the same yields as with chem? I grow for me but need more for my edibles, tinctures, and hashish. I can grow all of my smoke in organic soil and do the rest in hydro if the organic hydro doesn't get as big of a yield.

So, help a brother figure this shit out!! I am looking for a complete system of nutes. I am doing this to try and make it easier on me without having to move the heavy soil and dispose id what I don't recycle.

Any comparisons you can point me to?

I am not a big DIY'er, my hands don't work so well after the broken back.

Yes it's worth it. Just use pots or buckets as you normally do. But use pure perlite or another inert PH neutral medium. Then use a PH buffered organic nutrient (eg. Iguana Juice, Pure Blend Pro, etc) Water from the top every few days with an organic solution. Building up the strength of the solution as the plant grows. Once the roots have developed enough in the pots/buckets you are using you can bottom feed them with drain trays. Then you can just bottom feed them every few days and eliminated top feeding. Bottom feeding gives the plant a constant source of food and moisture while allowing maximum amounts of air to the roots. Most people that lock into organic passive hydro after going from soil easily double or even triple their harvests. Long story short with this method you wouldn't be changing much but you would be getting much more without maintaining reservoirs, EC, or PH adjustments.
