I'm not sure of this, but from what i've gathered through random conversations (which is obviously not the most reliable source, but sure feck it it'll get things started)

Depends on your previous convictions.

I think they classify a personal op as being 4 plants a person.

Personal op and no previous conviction, is just a slap on wrist and a fine.

Commercial ops their more stringent on, i cant give u any specifics. I know of some1 with a previous conviction who's got a 4kw grow and he says he's facing 10 years if hes caught.

Anyways, let the discussion begin, i wouldnt mind finding out exactly what the story is, if any1 knows it.

Also the irish system depends alot on the judge and the courthouse u get assigned. Some are more leniant, others are complete retards.

Take that with a pinch of salt m8, as i said thats straight from the growers mouth. N god knows people are prone to exaggeration. Hopefully some1 can chime in with some factual info rather than my own hearsay . Cheers for bringing the topic up

Thats it in a nutshell, it depends on the judge, what they make of you and how much money you have with you for the charity box

Google the misuse of drugs act 1987.
