Greenhouse in SOCAL?

hey peeps, got a nice backyard with about a 1/4-1/2 acre of good southern exposure, i want to spend about 1000$ on a green house. but I have some requirements i don't know if we can do all this for our budget, i have no idea about most greenhouses...

ok so i want something we can use year round, we are in so cal so neigbors are right next door they can't see over the fence but they sure could smell it if there was no odor control going on so basiccly here are the requriements.

-light deprivation ( ability to control light cycle)
-odor control
-suplemental lighting? (if i feel like it)

other than that i planned on setting up a drip system in there, was gonna connect to a res so i can feed ph'ed water and nutes?

anyway so let me know if this is feasable.... id like to be able to have 10x10 at the minumum space 10x20 max

but im almost completely clueless where to start what to do how to make this happen, any advice for an indoor guy?

Thats a big request for under $1000 especially if you want light and odour control.
Good luck with that one but that cheapest idea I have heard of is purchasing a 10 or 12 x 20 at Costco for under $200 and then modifying the cover with something different and there are many choices.
This is all fairly new to me so hope others can help.

Here is a thread I am starting in building greenhouses and am hoping to share some suggestions.
