Marijuana and Exercise
Hey Guys,
I've recently started vaping a bowl of kief before hitting an exercise bike for a half hour or so. I absolutely love doing this. I've always had trouble getting the motivation or having my body feel up to exercise even though I know I need it. However after blazing a bowl, hitting an exercise bike becomes like a form of meditation and my mind can detach from what my body is doing. After about five minutes my body calms down and starts to feel really good having it's muscles worked out. I always love the exercise high that comes around the 20 minute mark when combined with being vaped out. It's gotten to the point where my body has become kind of addicted to the exercise high and feels sort of uncomfortable unless I've had one recently. I'd recommend anyone try it just for the high. It's a really cool spacey feeling while being in tune with your body. Anyway, what your guys experiences or methods?

I often have a joint when walking my dog. We live in the alps so the walks i like to do is often 500 meters elevation gain, or more. witch is strenuous for me, but it gets easier whit a joint about half way up the mountain.
