Pongo

Hi all.....I was after some information on a strain called Pongo as I was gifted these seeds and did not have the chance to inquire more about them until it was to late.
What I do know is that there is the Rio Pongo in Guinea and the Pongo river in the Bahr el Ghazal region of the Sudan and that these seeds came from Africa and that is it.
If anybody has any information about this strain it would be greatly appreciated.....cheers K

Pongo... it's not far from bongo, the name of cannabis in egypt.

Yeah Egypt is generally considered to be in Africa.

But thousands of years ago - may have been part of Holland.

I suspect Cannabis sativa originated in Africa but I'm no ethnobotanist.

Perhaps they call it pongo
cos while trekking thru the Congo
the sweetness smelled so strongo,
that pygmy's playing bongos
forgot the refrain to their songo

and improvisational jazz was born

Hope it gets you mongo.
