How much humus in the rez??

hello folks. I've been experimenting with making tea-bags of organic things to drop directly into my rez for organic hydro. I've come to the conclusion that the NPK type ingredients like manure and whatnot need to be brewed seperately, but I think there is still hope for humus and/or kelp meal tea-bags in the rez. I've been more-or-less shooting in the dark, and havn't had any issues so far, but I thought maybe one of you good people might know something about optimal doses.
the humus I use is basically arctic humus. I can't recall the brand.
the kelp I have now is some OMRI meal. I would rather be using the KIS soluble stuff, which would make tea-bags a moot point, so I guess I'm mostly curious about the humus. (I've heard that too much humus can cause too much growth, which doesn't sound like any sort of problem to me, but I suppose its worth asking about)
thanks

Some people add a touch of Liquid Karma or Floralicious Plus. Humus helps prevent damage from pH swings and helps a bit of nitrogen absorption without affecting the bloomset.

too much humus IME causes a type of leaf deformation. can kinda make leaves a little bit wrinkly too at first.

thanks.
I used to use the Karma, but I'm trying to make my own these days. I like using the real dirt for some reason.
If anybody knows whether humus tea made from alaskan humus will have fulvic acid in it, I would love to know.
also, kelp meal expands when wet... it burst my teabag, and kelp meal got everywhere in the rez. what a pain. I made another bag with less, and it seems better.
I also feel like I've heard that humus should not be brewed for more than 48h. anybody know about this? I was hoping to just keep these teabags in the rez and let everthing break down, but maybe thats not so good?
