Was at the MMBA meeting tonight & a few things came as 'new info'...

~ apparently the consensus of the lawyers present was that business is as usual for the dispensaries & vendors until the September 1st certification deadline. in other words, dispensaries can purchase excess meds for their sales stock from both patient-growers & CG's. this is the exact opposite of what a disp owner told me... no bus lic/tax id, no buy.

~ until there is an actual denial of an application and/or action by the DOR... no lawsuits will be filed... likely. so turn in those app's that appear to be in direct violation of the new rules... ;-)

~ CG suits will be filed "very, very soon". it appears that all tenets relating to the CG restrictions are going to be challenged on constitutional grounds & Corry is leading the charge. from his tone & strategy, there appears to be some legitimate hope on these grounds. direct, independent CG sales here we come... oh, that pie is going to taste sooooo gooooood!
