Will they EVER stop stretching?
I have always grown indoors. But this year circumstances have forced me outdoors....sorta. I live out in the country, so neighbors are not much of a concern. I have this barn/shed that is made mostly of corrugated tin. So I took off some of the roof pieces and replaced them with greenhouse type pannels. It probably doesn't make much difference, but the plants are Woodhorse TW and Subcool's 3D. So I have two basic questions.
First, I put them (clones) out there the first of June and they have grown to be monsters in their 5gal. buckets. Two of them are only about 5 inches from the ceiling. That's about 7+ feet. Are they just gonna keep on going? Will it hurt them to grow right up against the roof? or should I top them? The TW tends to stretch pretty much during the first two weeks of flower indoors. Is it going to be the same during flower under the sun? Second, indoors I have gotten wispy buds at times when things got too hot. I have already seen temps out there over 110. I took one of the panels off the roof and am leaving the door open for circulation. Also have an oscillating fan giong 24/7. That's the best I can do for heat control. So am I just going to have wispy, crappy buds when it is all said and done? Is there anything else I can do to keep from getting such bad buds? |

I dont really know about the stretching. For the cooling, I would try a lasko / stanley blower (about 45$ at wally world) You can feel a stream of air on low from 20 feet away.

If they grow directly into the glass sealing I think you'll end up creating the perfect bud mold situation.
