A big FUCK YOU!

recently i have witnessed some bullshit with pet owners abandoning there pets because all of a sudden there pets are not convenient to them anymore......

last week my friend was leaving his dialysis appointment, two 8-10 week old puppies abandoned in the parking lot. absolutely gorgeous puppies, just makes me sick that someone wouldn't give a rat's ass about them.....

a lady friend of mine has to move from her apartment to a brand new house. new carpets, new everything. she decides to take her two cats of 16 years to the fucking pound because she's afraid they may mess up there house. bitch, for the last 16 years they were fine, and now that there not convenient anymore......fuck it, take them to the pound to be killed......oh ya, wont even tell you about the fish........

today im driving to where i like to run. its a long curvy road to get there. as im bending a curve, two shin high, cute little dogs are standing in the middle of the road, waiting for the dick who just left them there. at least the dick was nice enough to leave some Chinese leftovers on the side of the road for them. i stop as well as the guy behind me, so i can get them out of the street. as we pull over someone goes flying past us and wham! both dogs are hit, one dies instantly, the other has both hind legs broken, trying to drag himself away, heart wrenching! the dude who pulled over with me was cool enough to take it to the vet. at least someone cares about these dogs.....

i just think its bullshit to abandon animals because its not convenient, fun for you or there just not cute anymore. when you got your animal, it was for life! that animal DID NOT have a choice to go home with you! and now you abandon it? FUCK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with you.I treat my cats better than I treat myself.They get better medical care than I do,and they definitly eat better than me.Some people just do not get "unconditional love".Maybe they should.

. Being a animal shelter worker the past 12 years, I've seen some piss poor excuses:
Chick brought in her 9 year old German Shepherd that she had since it was 8 weeks old. Her husband told her after they got married, It's me or the dog. I would of told him not to let the door hit him in the ass on the way out.

I also happen to think alot of those same folks should be sterilized.

danm man, thats horrable. did the guy in the car even stop? its fucked up how people think that animals are expendable or just ornimants or somthing just to have around the house,i live next to a busy street and animals get hit alot here people figure that they dont have to hit the brakes for it cause it'll cause a crash,its a fuckin cat not a moose.

fuck all the inconsiderate assholes of this world.

There was an honest, humble lady with her husband behind me in the Food Stamps line yesterday.
She told me that she is close to losing her home and may have to move to an apt. where they can't have pets.
So she told her daughter that she may have to give up her dog-the dog that she grew up with and move away! And of course the daughter flipped out!

The woman did NOT want to do that in a million years. She was at the end of her road-like most of us long term unemployed are, and kept repeating "I don't know. I don't know."
But I kept saying: "Do NOT give up that animal. Do NOT ever give up that animal!"
"DO NOT!!"

I'm actually really, really worried about pets like this being abandoned now that this economy is tanking. It really makes me sick to death.
