Thanks Sleepy , love useing ancient glass on a modern Canon useing only the light metering function , have a warmer look from the uncoated optics and the image quality can be very high.
These seeded lower buds will still be worth smokeing , good trichome coverage in very low light levels , no nutes and still pretty lush and green. Seedings on this plant , JB one , with a few males to give 50 ish of each as a tester and backup. JB one x three JB males seperately marked , choosing one from this test JB one x Geisha JB one x Venomhead F2 JB one x Black Geisha , very dark male |

Thanks Sleepy , if she ends up like yours i will be very happy , think i have the same expression as miss bulky.
Yield is going to be huge under these basic conditions from seed , one big fat cola and no mould found so far , could be a problem running this and similar types over winter in my room as it has a mould magnet structure , would have no hope outdoors round here in a damp autumn but might just survive a well ventilated greenhouse. This ancient Pentax lens cost a pound from a boot fair , washed out colours but still far better than the kit lens from Canon. Broad structure is visually sweetooth , very different terpenes and fine detail differences give it away on a closer look. Pulled a couple of fans off to see whats going on and check for mould , had a bit of budrot on some sweetooth recently and paranoid. Heavy trichome coverage low down in the gloom is a good sign , this dimly lit lower bud somehow escaped being pollinated , not too late yet , gramme or two of bud or thirty ish seeds , no contest. Fancy this one in blue , another very dark male from the Black Geisha run deserves a shot but a lot of expressions expected and desired. Also have a monster male from Raco,s sandstorm x colombian but that could be a bit too silly .... |

Well Foo I'll be coming by here for my photog lessons. Great glass..and adaptation. It's all fun isn't it. I have a case full of old glass, but none like that,..I use mostly for reversing and macros. Looks great! DD

Thanks DD and Sleepy , has been named fat girl , quite impressive in a two litre pot of soil.
Some of my pics may look OK but yours are real art and have a warmth , composition and life about them that i cannot hope to achieve. Day 46 of flower. The sweet pervasive smell is now like damp rotting socks , but in a good way. Starting to show a little colour from the bottom up , new pistills slowing down and a few more fans fell off. |

All the males have something to offer by their structure and varied odour , can realistically keep and test two properly and will have to decide soon.
Two basic floral structures on medium and tall expressions , two distinct stem odours , none show visible trichomes and all hollow stemmed. Busy detailed structure as interesting as trichomes. Lens from 1890 , lit by one candle and three minutes exposure for the fun of it , last used on a large format glass plate before being glued onto a digital. They all root fast and reliably but ONLY if cut at 90 deg through a leaf node , thin walled hollow stems rot easily useing conventional techniques. This one has compact form and an acid diesl smell , could be the one. |

Day 55 and pileing on the trichs , lot of bud mass here , mould might be a problem soon as for any plant of this structure.
