Fedor is a pud
Anyone here keep up with MMA?
Ive been saying this for years. He may have BEEN the best p4p fighter in the world 5 years ago, but he is way past his prime, and has not fought any serious competition in years. He should have signed with the UFC years ago or even months ago, or anytime before now, as I truly believe it is too late. Everyone loses, but with an aura like Fedors, the "undefeated" legacy was half of his selling point. He is not a fraud, but he is just no longer the fighter he once was, and unfortunately for him, I think hes now lost many opportunities for allowing his management team to keep him away from top competition for so many years.

FAILdor! LOL!!! In all fairness though, Werdum is a World-Class Jiu-Jitsu player.

I even think Werdum could beat Fedor 2 times out of 5. And this is the same Werdum who god CUT from the UFC. Granted he was 2-2, I still think it goes to show that even someone like Junior Dos Santos could take Fedor on the right day.

Fedor is still a great fighter, but you are right. Strikeforce is not the place for him if he wants to remain on the top of the game. I think Overeem would have beat him had he earned a title shot though.

i myself am a fan of fedor. you ever notice that he is dominated for most of the fight and then he turns it around in a split second and ko/submits someone? that comes with experience and natural talent, there are few fighters who have this natural talent, who can stay calm while analyzing every move of their opponent , take the beating and still come back with the win.
that said i agree that going to strikeforce was a bad move, he would have torn brock a new one

I really think that fedor got a little too excited when he hurt him and rushed into a world class BJJ dude. Plus it was early in the fight that their was no sweat to help him pull out. Just goes to show like others have said any given fighter on any given night. I would like to see Overeem vs Brock as I think that Alliser's size and striking would give brock fits. The days of the 225 lb heavy are quickly coming to a close because all these new breed of heavyweights are cutting down to make the 265 and then are adding on 10 to 20 lbs after the weight ins. I am not sure I like it too much as its not very exciting to watch someone basically sit on someone and pummel them to a pulp. On a side note I can't wait till Diaz and Noons go at it again. Diaz is going to hurt Noons. Badly.

Coker has already stated Fedor and Werdum will have a rematch. I guarantee Fedor finishes him in the first round.

thats called just getting caught.. No skills slippin just like getting KTFO!! you get caught. he escaped arm bar then went to pass and werdum slipped in a triangle.. I will say fedor needs to fight more than 3 times a yr though... and he has not signed with UFC cos dana white is trying to pay him in like he is in russia still 20 yrs ago.. As well as fedor receiving death threats if he came to usa.. Stuff you wont read in most mma blogs... Unless dana changes his tune fedor wont fight in the ufc.. dana white is such a dickhead that he told the tapout fellas if they sponsor fedor they are banned from the UFC along side of clinch gear, sinister etc.... tapout had made a sick ass shirt for fedor and well tapout got skeeered of dana and pulled it from fedor that is why he was wearing clinch gear.. lol.. peace n pufs..
werdum after shocking the world stills says fedor is the man to beat.. that is why he wants rematch before fighting overeem... he feels lucky.. sackO
