I am going to apply for a mmar for produce my own...I have seen sites that offer help or tell you how to be succesful and not denyed i cant find it again please could you post some helpfull information...my pain specialist will sign the papers but i want to be sucessful thanx

Moe is also going to try for his card, he has no choice now. All or nothing, sure hope that anxiety relief (I am naturally high strung) and the biggie, chronic insomnia is good enough.

I know that it's not near as bad as cancer etc. but it does mess with your health, and isn't that what B2 is for? Is there a specialist for that, or will a GP do? The form states that other medicines must have been tried OR CONSIDERED.

I considered using sleeping pills or Nyquil, but didn't want to. Pills are addictive, and nyquil contains alcohol. I like neither, and have over 20 yrs of good sleep from a couple puffs of cannabis before bed. I am also near 40, & not some youngster looking to party it up.

Got away with the old-fashioned way for quite awhile, but alas - crosshairs focused and Moe cannot do it the old fashioned way anymore. Dodged a bullet, but am on the radar. So now it's either a card or street purchase.

I'll take door #1 if it will open - even without a grow clause - I'd much rather buy from HC than the street, but even the lower end of the personal production clause would be fine with me.

I have printed and filled out form A and form C. Have the B2 to take to the doc, as well as the doctor release form. Just have to make an appointment - hoping for the best, and any info sure would be appreciated. feel free to PM...

Go for any type of pain causing disorder or medical reason causing pain rather than a psychological one.
Its not that one is more significant than the other, just easier.
Make sure your passport pics are up to date.
Fill out all of the application and if you have any questions, phone them up and ask them.
Even though you become legal, don't tell anyone.
Often if people find out you are legal, they become less protective, almost like you are now invincible.
Don't let this be the case or you might find more trouble than it is worth.

Also note that HC is putting on full investigations of people's grows and they are quickly changing the rules.
Now you are only allowed to grow 'their' one seed strain that they themselves offer.
Also know that even though it states that it will take up to 8 weeks for them to process your card, it most likely will be more like 12 to 16 weeks.

If your pain specialist will sign then you are most likely in.
Now all that needs to be debated is the amount of prescription required.
Of course you are in a LOT of PAIN!!!!
Tell your doctor that you might prefer to use your meds orally instead of inhalation which should both make your doctor happy but also should increase the prescription.
