i have a question for u after reading the first thread in this forum if an led for instance we'll say 120w is supposedly = to a 400w hid that would be 3.333333 grams per watt which seem outragous and to good for me to believe been growin with led i just ordered 1 of urs 2 days ago but had vey good results with them now that im learning what i can and cant do with them im on on my 4th or 5th run and im very close to 1 g per watt cant wait to try urs out as it seem to blow the rest out of the water is neone pulling 1g perwatt or more yet
heres some of my buds atm both are the same strain/nutes/etc the bush is gonna be my new style as toppin/are now mandatory in my tent from now on
my favorite plant her sister

toppin/fimming is doubleing my yield
very nice nugs though

Well my friend GPW is a pretty broad term to use as far as harvest per unit. There are a tone of factors that gpw does not factor.

Besides alot of growes only dream of getting 1 gpw with a 400w bulb...

If your only focused on GPW stoney you should hang your light vertical and use all the power it has to offer.

I dont know personally if the 126 led light can get 3.3 grams per watt, im pretty sure know one has done it yet ( That i have seen ), im sure with some talent anything is possible.
I have seen people do amazing things with very little and achieve two and a half grams per watt with HID's.
And hazy and blaze are really showing off what the LEDS can do !!

Seeing how alot of people think led is the future, breaking the 3gram per watt would be the next step in showing how much more effiecient they are then a HID lamp.

I think what hurts the LED's right now in being a single unit flat panel is the fact that if your 400 watt lamp isnt giving you enough GPW you can turn it vertical and quintuple even decuple your area using the exact same power and double even triple your yields.

Where as the 126 watt unit cannot be converted vertically you would have to purchase there vertical unit.

Good luck on your grow when you get your 126 watt unit could you maybe put a journal up, would love to see what you could do with a LED if your getting 1g per watt with HID you would prolly have a very interesting LED grow!!

thanks for the response man ima fan of leds and for cetain grows situtations u cant beat em but i dont see pple ditchen mutlti thousand watt grows for them i would love to see a 16000 watt led grow got my light i have 1 plant left flowering before i scrub everything down and plug it in for the next round so about 2 weeks maybe ill do a comparrisson my 2 90w ufos vrs the 126 hyrdogro that would be interesting would like to see the 126 beat the 2 90s i had nice results i pulled 74gs off 1 plant and 67gs of plant 2 and have plant 3 starting final flush 2day so thats 141gs dry so far out of 180w led+130wcfl so if i pull 50gs off my next plant which is a low estimate that would be .7g per watt but i think i got over 70g on my last lady
