Auto flowering questions

Does it matter if you transplant with auto flowering strains?

24 hrs light is the best?

Is it possible to make auto-flowering seeds since it is probably impossible to clone if you find a special plant? Edit: Found the answer to this question and the answer is yes.

Any info I may need to know that is crucial concerning auto-flowering plants that differs from normal?

for any help...minus the flowers heh.

auto flowering transplant???

im newbie also to auto world but from my readings you do not want to transplant and have any kind of rooot shock. best off starting in finish size container. sour 60 is 60 days start to finish something like road runner from sweet seeds is a 70 day finisher. and from what i see its best to do 24/0 light regime.stay safe bro

Ok I was going to ask what size container, but I found 2-3 gallons answer as being the best with 3 gal (soil) giving more yield. I will most likely do this now.

I am thinking I can fit 24 plants per 4x4. I run 16 in that space currently and those 40-58 inch plants so I think it should work.

Edit: I think 5 fits best so 20 per 4x4 1k watt seems efficient.

I read 1 ounce a plant is generally achievable under a 1k watt so thats pretty much a pound a light. Think I am going to try this for a cycle as I will not have time to veg this next go around so its close up for 4 months or get this in.....This sounds fun haha.

Because of the short life cycle you want them to be in final pots to start. As far as light IMO all plants can use a little rest....i go 20/4 on my autos.

I do transplants most of the time with AF without problems. Root shape develops better starting in a small space and this is true for af too. Just watch for the right timing, a single transplant is enough.

Peace

Thank you guys so much for being willing to post answers so quickly. The auto-flower community seems to be very good and growing immensely in my opinion after reading.

I have read many people say not to repot and many say re-pot I personally have come to the conclusion that re-potting is fine as long as you don't screw up the timing so that is what I will do.

I think this is going to be a lot of fun as recently things have come up that would not allow me to do a normal grow but I could definitely do a great grow of these and most likely attain the same results.

I guess we will see. I am determined to only buy from gypsy so I will be purchasing 2 packs of bluestreak, 2 of sour 60, and 2 packs of roadrunner #2. Many people said the original roadrunner was awesome so this should be great. Mdanzigs strains seem quite well known and after trying to decipher all the BS in the autoflower breeding community his product seems 100% legit while many others seem extremely questionable.

I will most likely do a grow report in the Auto flower forum or in here so be sure to catch the show. I will be shooting for 40-50 females so we should see what I can do with these
