Harvest or not?

Hi all,

Thiese photos are of a Original Haze plant. I believe it was topped badly (a friend...shit) and this is why it is only 18 inches tall. It has lots of tiny buds that are coated with trichs, and all the little pistils have turned a golden orangy-brown. The plant has been on 12/17 for seven weeks. I don't want to lose any of the potency so I don't want to wait too long! Should I go ahead and harvest or leave it a bit longer and see if the buds bulk up a bit more?

Thanks for any advice you can offer. Sorry about the photo quality.

Yep...it was a typo mate. It was supposed to read 12/12.

i dont think that baby was done ??

when you say all the trichomes are all orangeish brown... are you talking about the hairs or the actuall trichomes....

when happyhemphog asked you wat percentage of your trichomes were clear, cloudy or ambre... she meant the crystals (trichomes) not the hairs on the plant

you need a 60x-100x microscope to see the trichomes...

hope you understood this and i am just a meathead... but from the looks of it, that plant doesnt look done... and im pretty sure original haze needs more than 7 weeks flower

cheese

Buds do look a bit tiny...

But the real question is....what strain comes out looking like pruning shears LOL...of course I prefer growing my shears in soil rather than hydro, but to each his own

You should still get some good smoke off of it. Enjoy!
