it's only too bad that most growers, especially the most respected growers, aren't likely to become, anything more than a paid employee, at best.

wouldn't it benefit everyone to keep the growers, as owner-operators of the collective, in control of the growing, for the benefit of the entire community?

how could it be accomplished in such a manner as to profit the entire community, rather than be controlled by politicians, who in turn can be controlled by big business.

I'm going to start the Dispensary Education Association and educate people who want to run a business on how to successfully run a dispensary within legal guidelines. Also, if my operation is ever raided, the news reporters covering the story will have a hard time understanding whats going on.
