Red thank you for being the only poster in a week..I appreciate your following and especially your posting in this grow. Today after the solstice my Jolly bud is growing leaps and bounds. Certainly the fastest grower in my summer grow, I'm liking the structure of this plant for sure.. Here is an assortment of pix captured today..DD

we have had very cold over night temps, 40 the last two nights, but the forecast is for hot..I can't wait.

that is a pretty plant doobie,what classic structure,and my goodness,that stem tells a story of fat photogenic buds in the future...if I were a hummingbird thats where i would go for nectar!

Sleepy and Unclefish many thanks for your visits and friendship. Here are three images captured this morning of this fast growing plant. It is growing inches per day now, we had overnight 55 last night and 90 is forecast for today..DD

Today I am bending the plant down to the ground and training the side branches. To do this I use a couple pieces of bamboo stakes in a cross formation and carefully bend the plant a little each day. The side branches are secured to the ground and moved into where I want them with stiff wire about 12" to 16" long and a hook formed on one end, then poked into the ground a ways. I have not topped the plant but I may do that soon. A good example of how this looks in the fall can be found in this album my last years grow of Trainwreck x Bluemoonshine and in this image..
I do this for stealth reasons and for images it works nicely. I do think I acheive great volumes as well by utilizing as much space as I can with the canopy of the plant. Now let's hope for a girl! DD

i would not recommend topping that late , just bend them down untill the stretch has stopped !
