FORUM CHANGES - New Representatives Appointed - LED Grow Lights - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

I have decided that I will no longer be involved with any of the online forums on a regular basis like I have been until now. I will still be checking in from time to time to see how our Independent testers are doing, and to update photos, etc..., but that will be the extent of my involvement here. If you would like to get in contact with me, please don't send a PM as it will not get checked very frequently. Instead send an email to: sales@hydrogrowled.com

I have appointed two new moderators to run our forum here on ICMag. Both of them are previous customers who have shown over many months that they are not only loyal to our company, but also excellent beginner gardeners. From now on MeanBean and Zombo will field any questions and keep the peace within the forum. Please be respectful to them. They are both un-paid volunteers, and we are very thankful that they have agreed to take on this responsibility. I hope everyone will recognize that they are here on their own free will to help, and treat them accordingly.

Well, not sure if she will be back for a bit now haha.

I believe Cammie has alot lined up for the next few months, she most likely is a bit strapped for time.

Me or Zombo are glad to help though and if we don't have the answer we will check with LedGirl and get back to ya!!

why was my ordering led light thread locked??

did i infringe on icmag rules or am i not allowed to post my dealings with the company??

Because it seems you had made contact with Cammie and were working with her on getting your shipping info. No sense in keeping the thread open, right?

well other members might of been able to see the outcome wether or not the company is helpfull or not in resolving issues but now you closed the thread they wil never know.

should of kept it open as it reflects the seller and buyer interactions and wether or not issues had been resolved
